Our Tea Room
Our marvellous vintage style tea room is set in the beautiful town of Lochmaben. Home to Robert the Bruce, Lochmaben Castle and three lochs as well as camping and caravaning!
We are surrounded by the rolling countryside of Dumfries & Galloway just off the A74M (M6) at J17 or J18 for Lockerbie. Close by is Moffat, Lockerbie and Dumfries town centre where you can find a variety of things to do from visiting farmers markets and local museums to sightseeing our historic castles and lochs.
When you visit Lochmaben there is never a dull moment to be had in our wee town. You can enjoy such activities as bowling, sailing, golf, football, bird watching and tennis to mention but a few along with walking and cycling not only in and around Lochmaben but also in five of the famous Seven Stanes cycling centres around Dumfries. If you visit in June you can also enjoy the fabulous Lochmaben Gala! (always on the last Saturday) For more information about Lochmaben you can visit Lochmaben Community Initiative.
After all that activity you can savour some scrummy home baked cakes, breakfasts and lunches with us at the Pink Flamingo Vintage Tea Room. Serving refreshing cups of our speciality loose leaf teas from The Tea Makers of London or re energise your self with a delicious cup of our Rountons coffee made by our speciality trained Barista & Tea Master.
All of our food is made to order so it is the freshest it can be and we do not believe in pre-made cake mixes! We source as many of our ingredients as locally as possible buying our fresh fruit and veg from the grocers and fish and meat supplies from Barony Country Foods, both in Lochmaben.
We also have a full gluten, dairy free and vegan menu.
